hrmmmm, 2 ways to look at this....

1. Good. It gives more players that do not have the ability to get flagged to explore and see the new zones. With the level restriction on zones it makes it limited to players that have had enough experience to function there without causing problem to the players already hunting there.

2. Sucks. It means that everyone that has done the tials has done it for no reason. It means that every E-bayer can now train the people that worked their asses off to get there.

Either way looks like it is the way it is. Personaly I dont have a toon high enough for teir 2 zones anyway. I would like to have been flagged so I could hunt and hang out with my friends that like the teir 2 zones but I can get by. What does this mean for us?

I think it could be a good thing. Think of all the zones that are "old world" that people dont hunt anymore. We can spend a bit more time doing those zones.

And one last thing to think over.... When I was home we went to CT to where the goo's spawn, there was a named guy down there. Why dont we go pick on him sometime and see what he drops :)

Was it a red goo Klytus? if so that guy drops boots of flowing slime (ft3 boots) would be great to farm em for the casters....*wink* *wink* :P

If my memory serves me correct, I think I read somewhere that the people who DID the trials/flags already, will get a present/bonus/surprise/something soon so we wont be considered 'wasting our time' having gotten those flags.
Was on the NEWS board yes?

Hee hee I wouldnt mind if they handed out a Charm item, but thats dreaming! Would be sweet to get AA's Aluinie!

I'd rather not dwell on it. Better to be surprised instead of disappointed :) I do not think anyone is expecting much anyway.

all of the charms seen so far really suck.. id be pretty pissed off if thats what they give. Of course, I cant think of anything they could give that would be worth the time and effort that folks have put in to getting flagged. You make an aa in an hour or 2. Some folks spend 50 times that just getting thru the poj trials..

Another instance of them not knowing what they are doing when they put out a product for people to buy. But that shouldnt really surprise anyone.

I agree. Most charms I've seen are worthless....only have good stats on thursday, with 200 people in zone, at night, when grouped with four other necros, while eating patty melts....charms were pushed to sell LoY but they fell sickeningly short of the mark. If you tried 50+ times to get flagged for pov/pos and got handed a 2 cha, 1 int charm that only works in the day time with 20 or more paladins in the zone, on thursday during a full moon I'd say you'd have every right to be pissed.
