People are reporting problems with pre-ordering the upcoming expansion, Lost Dungeons of Norrath.
These people are experiencing loss of all AA's, including the ability to check their AA screen.
For now, avoid pre-purchasing and pre-patching until Sony can fix whatever they screwed up.
Update:
Some people have reported other problems, such as losing LEVELS when they die, etc. Apparently this problem has been fixed, with some people having the side effect of maximizing their XP bar in 65. Log out and log back in to fix it; if you are reading this, you are probably not in the game anyway, however.
I have also heard rumors of a rollback. Consider yourself warned! Might be a good night to go out and see a movie or something. I hear "Pirates of the Caribbean" is good.

Apparently pre-ordering LDoN UN-registered you for the other expansions... which means no Kunark, no Velious, no LoY, no Luclin, and no PoP...
Which means 50 is the highest level you can go, there's no AA's, no map, no guild tool, no armor dye... basically a lot of stuff goes bye-bye.
Supposedly this is fixed. Caveat emptor!
