BMP files (bitmap) are usually too big to upload to the board.

You need to find a program to convert them to .jpg. Do a Google for SlowView; it's a good preview program, and it'll do conversions.

I just usually open up the bitmap file with paint the ask it to save as a jpeg.... Hehehe... But that's just how I do it.
