What the heck is this?

Looted a dented battleshield in KC the other night. Was off a dead sarnak dude. Never before in all the times I've been there have i ever seen something like it drop. Stats sucked, weighed 10 stones, and was nec/shd iksar only. Looked every place I could think of ( all links too ) and can't find it. Also, it's no-drop, which leads me to believe its for a quest or something, being as crappy as it is. If anyone finds any info on it, plz lemme know so i can either do the quest or destroy the p.o.s. Thanks :D

EQmaps says its just that, a No Drop Shield.

I didn't find any quest related to it bro,sorry.
