With EQII, WoW, and the multituide of other Pre-Holiday Releases coming out. EQ will be experienceing many difficult adjutments over the next few months. Some will be staying<ME> some will be going, and of them some will stay gone<best wishes> and some will be returning<welcome back:)>.
In the mean while those of us here still in game will be learning EQ again as the new game dynamics change yet again.
My suggestion is that with guilds losing people either temporarily or permantly, is that we at least look in to forming an Alliance, so that those of staying may continue raiding, forming strong working groups, and building friend bases, as well as keeping our respective guilds moving forward.
I have read your charter, rules by which the guild is goverened, and raid rules. In doing so I believe that our beliefs are quite similar.
Mortal Omen is a family based guild. Raiding is not mandatory, nor is reaching/attaining a set level. We have level/flagging restrictions on our raids as well, and try to run some lower level get togethers from time to time as well.
Some of you may know me as Splatkat Beastlord, or Pongu, as I have grouped, buffed, assisted members in the past, as well as recieved assistance from them as well. Those that know me, know I am nothing if not honorable, nor do I beg. This is because I evaluate the enviroment, both currently and up coming as it appears to be laying out by the dynamics of MMORPG world and react accordingly to it.
