Just to add to that:

There are now fishing rares (Tier2 and 3 for sure) Sparkling fish scale and Glowing fish scale, extra rares from mining (Sparkling stones in Tier 3) that I have found.

Think they are the equivalent of ldon augs....imbue armor and objects.
