The Charter, new and improved, is now correctly linked off the main menu (over there on the left side of the main menu.)

Feedback is welcome!

Event Officer, ( a highly respected and noble position), was left off of the structure section.

I know Ram, you put it in and K2 edited it out.

Two things...

1) I think it'd be helpful for slow loaders if there'd be a way to go from page to page, rather than back to home each time you wish to select a section.

2)Everything else looks great, but this line jumped out at me.Nothing is more annoying than for folks to log in and ask if anything is happening when raids are clearly scheduled on the raid calendar AND in guildmotd. I dunno, it just didn't seem right there to me.

Overall, I like the setup -- the color scheme is soothing to the eye and the text is easy to read. Are you planning on linking it to the membership app like the last one?

OK, I dunno if it's just me cuz i get confused easily or i'm reading wrong or something...but in the recruitment section this part is getting me:

When the recruitment officer feels enough time has passed, he will call an officer vote on the candidate. Officers may vote Yes, No, or Neutral. One "No" (explained) will remove the candidate from the process. If at least 50% of the officers say "Yes", the candidate will become a full member.

Ok. So if ONE officer says no but all others say yes..that would make the " If at least 50% of the officers say YES, the candidate will become a full member" part True...But then it also says: " One NO will remove the candidate from the process" Won't this part then make it false?
They contradict each other in my opinion. How can that process work out like that? Maybe i need someone to explain it better to me. With the amount of officers we have one saying NO is not gonna count for over 60% to stop the person from becoming a member..or would it? And then, what's the point of that ONE person disagreeing if the person might get accepted anyway?

That is the only thing that is getting me (Sorry i typed and overexplained, i do that a lot).
But everything else sounds perfectly ok to me :)

I know this is definetly not my place... But I do feel like i need to share something with you.. Besides the difficulties for people who are in the application process and cant get ahold of of the raid calendars to plan well, The actual recruiting application is VERY difficult to use, and it confuses alot of people.

The one thing you want to add is on the bottom when it says provide all other information here... Make sure you tell them there is a limit to the number of words or whatever in that section. Because if you go over that limit it wont let you submit your application. Just wanted to let you all know that because everyone thinks there issue with the application is cookies. But it isnt! Other then that, it would be a bit better to have the application a bit more , i dunno, sectioned off where it asks specific questions, allows you to give first and last names. Section for info on each alt, etc. Anyway just thought i would share my thoughts so you had someone sorta outside the box if you will...

My understanding of it is that if 50% say yes and the other 50% is neutral they would be a member, and if one says no (expalined) they are out of the process. Not sure if that is correct or not but is my interpretation of it.

I have added Web Officer and Events Officer to the list of offices in the Charter.

I have also made the TOC (Table of Contents) at the bottom of the Charter page complete for each page.

As for exact terminlogy of the voting rules for adding new members.. I'm relatively new to the process and applications have been shut down since before I became an officer. If Ramsus or some other officer could clarify that point..

To be denied, someone needs to veto an applicant, with reasons.
To be accepts, they have to be no objections and a majority voting yes.

To be honest, we really have been going more off of the feedback of the guild membership than just doing it ourselves. It seems to be working fine the way it is at this time.
