*** WARNING: Has been reported some of the items following are nodrop and the items made might be nodrop meaning if you want the spell you have to research it yourself. ***

Parchments are level restricted - if attempting to use an incorrect parchment type, there is at least a strong chance that the parchment will burn up when you complete the process - you get a warning about the parchment heating up before this happens, at which point you can stop the process before its too late. You do not have the option to try putting a low level spell on a high level parchment, the ink wont even leave your quill.

QUILL SELECTION
Quills are based on class of spell user - use appropriate class quill if only one class can use the resulting spell. If multiple can use it though.... use the quill of the class that gets the spell first. If multiple classes get the spell at same time, then there is a priority order:
INT casters > Priests > Hybrids.
"Finally, if there continues to be a tie, such that multiple professions within the same class of professions attain the spell at the same power level, then use one of the quills that is of a more generic nature." These are the Arcane/Divine/Knight quills

Quills are single use. Quills are made by treating a normal quill with two quill treatments, and then cutting to the appropriate shape.
