Why?

Why push expansions forward broken?
Why promise fixes that never come or come late?
(never come: "the great Creator fix"... late coming "the bard weapon/intrument fix")
Why put in expansion class items that lack defining effects like the expansions that went before?
(no clickie effects on TSS bp's)
