Edit: This just in, the official RP preferred server has just been released and it is Florendyl The ruleset however isn't any different at this time, per Sigil there simply isn't enough time for that before launch

I would prefer the RP server too, as long as they don't have some lame "1 character per account" rule like FV.

We (Casi and I) haven't taken the plunge yet -- I'm waiting for things to get a little more stable. I've heard of a lot of tuning and instability going on.

I am reading the Rogue forums.....it will probably be summer before I try it out. The concept of the rogue class has not yet been realized (i.e. it is very buggy). I have heard little to nothing about actually playing and questing.

Just as an example of one major problem. Rogues do massive damage the longer the time they spend shrouded / hidden. Being hidden means moving at an absolute crawl. In dungeons and group fights, rogues are being left behind as the group moves way too quickly. Dropping shroud makes rogue damage regular. End result, rogues are not being invited to groups (same end result as EQ, different path to get there).

I did go out order up a new comp this last week just so I can run the game better. While the game is playable on my comp, I do run into heavy periods of lag which cause all kinds of problems with my pet.
