If you pre-order today directly from Red Octane, you can get a free Guitar Hero t-shirt and free 2 day shipping!

http://store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/clink?adux+7b23NX+psghg80.html.html

It displays a code on the page; july07 something. Make sure you apply the code. And remember to select the size for your t-shirt.

So it ends up being $50 for your game and a shirt and 2-day shipping. It's a deal. I just ordered mine.

If anyone happens to talk to Larph or Wray today, please let them know about this. I know Larph wanted to get it.

I saw a show this weekend, NBC I think, which was some sort of video game championships. Two guys facing off playing guitar hero.

GH Rocks the 80's was a real disappointment. The songs were too easy, and the covers were just adequate. I only knew/liked about half the songs, and there weren't a lot of tracks, and no bonus tracks to buy. The bonus instruments were the same. Characters were the same.

Not worth $50 for sure.
