In the latest Heroes episode, "A Clear and Present Danger", Sylar goes to an electronics repair shop in Baltimore, Maryland.
Fallout 3 was developed by a software company called Bethesda Softworks. Bethesda is also a city in Maryland, about 40 miles away from Baltimore.

I know the cartoon guy bears little resemblance to the real Pip Boy, but I think this was a great homage to Fallout 3. I got a real kick out of it.
