MUST READ: Applying to Amichi
MUST READ: Applying to Amichi
Hello, and welcome to the Amichi guild website! We are a "casual raiding" guild on the Cazic Thule server. We raid three times a week. We are serious about progressing and getting things done on those three days, but we like to have fun doing it. Please read and understand this entire post. There will be a quiz. 1. FIRST, you should read the Amichi Rules and Charter, and all other Stickied posts in the Joining Amichi forum! These are REQUIRED READING. The requirements for your character to be accepted into Amichi are in a separate post in this forum. If you are a good player, or have friends already in Amichi, please feel free to apply even if you don't meet all of them. 2. If you still want to apply to Amichi, you need to create an account on this forum. When creating your account, use your MAIN character's FIRST name (and ONLY the first name) as your account name or it will be changed for you, and we will know you don't know how to read or follow directions. That will be the first strike against you. 3. Then, post your application in the "Joining Amichi" forum. Title your post in this format: "Character name - level class". For example: "Kalthanan - 85 druid" Here is the information that should be included in your post. COPY and PASTE this section: Quote:
You will be given Applicant status and your application will be moved to the "Applicant and Members" section. You will get access to that area so we can discuss your application with you. Once your application to the guild has been approved, you will be guild tagged and given probationary status in the guild and in the forums. Your probationary period will give you and the officers a chance to make sure you are a good fit for Amichi. Full member mains will be given preference over probationary members for loot. Actions detrimental to Amichi will be cause for immediate removal. You should do what you can to demonstrate your character and skills to the guild; the best way for this is to attend raids, ask questions, learn our ways, and talk to people. Read the forums regularly to see if anyone has left any comments (every few days is fine.) You can use your application thread to comment on the application process or ask questions of us if you like. After finishing your Probation period, you will achieve Full Member status and become eligible for loot on equal standing with other mains, in the context of our normal looting rules. You will also have access to all of the member-only sections of the Amichi site. Any Probationer who is not accepted will be informed by an officer with the reasons we are removing them. Notes! You must make an effort to participate with the guild. A recruitment officer will give you access to the Amichi raid chat channel and any other necessary channels, but YOU must be proactive and seek out Amichi members with which to raid and group. Feel free to talk to any Amichi officer or member and chat them up. Last edited by Kalthanan; 08-10-2010 at 08:58 AM. Reason: Small updates. |
